Please allow me to take you into the past. It all began back in the early 1990's. Yes, we are that old. Lol. My husband and I had made a deal that he would stay at home and raise our four boys, and that I would go to work. Which was working great, he was a great at taking care of the family, ie.. cleaning, and raising the boys. I went to work and was a hard worker, but I wasn't getting anywhere, I was bored and I wanted more, I needed to find my reason for being, I needed to learn, to be, to see, to understand and to comprehend. I wanted to continue my education. I didn't just want a job, I wanted a career. We agreed. I enrolled in college.

Next we needed an income, so we decided to start our own business using the skills that we had available. My knowledge of accounting and computer skills, and his salesmanship and cleaning skills, we began to plan out our own business. We needed a name for the business. My family was obsessed with agitating, it was the way we showed affection. We always referred to the kids as monkeys; first because the way that they would grub down bananas, second because they climbed and jumped around like a bunch of monkeys. The window part came in because my husband was so great at washing windows. I don't like to wash windows, and most people I know don't like washing windows either. We had found a purpose; cleaning windows and my husband being the king of our monkeys, we came up with the name of the business. Window Monkey's and my husband became The Window Monkey.

My husband started washing windows, the customers were always happy, and unbelievably surprised at how clean that their windows were when my husband had finished cleaning them. He did jobs for both residential and businesses. I remember him
doing the windows at the Royer's Flower shop in Columbia, I had to hold the ladder because there was a window way at that the top, like a steeple. This was going well so we continued to expand. We bought an old pick up truck and moved people's furniture for them, and we did clean outs of attics and basements, but the main service was always the washing of windows.

Time past, and I had returned to the work force with my new associates degree, and the business faded away. Here we are today, and "The Window Monkey" is back and is ready to Rock n Roll.

I will show you before and after shots of the jobs that he has done, just so that you can see for yourself. I will also have a page where you can send us your information, that we can contact and make arrangements to meet and see what it is exactly that we can do to help you.

I am having technical dificulties, so if you need to contact us before I have a chance to finish updating the webpage you can email The Window Monkey at TheWindowMonkey@aol.com. Thank you for your patience and can't wait until we meet and see what it is that you need and what we can do to help you.
